Built to last, not to land in a landfill.

The cheapest way to be sustainable is to make things that don't need to be replaced. That's the entire premise of mindinfor.

Materials

Aluminum frames: 87% recycled. We use post-consumer recycled aluminum sourced in California for all our standing desk frames and chair bases.

Wood: FSC-certified. All hardwood in our desks and storage comes from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

Foam & fabrics: GREENGUARD Gold certified. Low chemical emissions for indoor air quality.

Built for repair

Every motor, caster, and armrest is designed to be replaced — not the whole product. We stock parts for 10+ years after a product is discontinued and ship them at cost.

What we do with returns

We never landfill returned product. Items in like-new condition are resold at a discount through our "Open Box" channel. Damaged items are repaired and donated to nonprofits via our partner network.

What we're working on

• Carbon-neutral shipping by end of 2026 (currently 60% offset)
• 100% recyclable packaging by 2027 (currently 85%)
• Take-back program in all major US metros by 2028
