30-day returns

Try anything in your space for 30 days. If it doesn't work out, send it back for a full refund — we pay return shipping on most items.

How to start a return

1. Sign in to your account and find the order
2. Click "Start a return" and tell us why
3. We email you a prepaid shipping label
4. Drop off the box, refund hits your card within 5 business days of us receiving it

Warranty

• Chairs & desks: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Electronics (standing desk motors, monitor arms with adjustments): 5-year warranty
• Accessories: 2-year warranty

Warranty claims are handled by emailing support@mindinfor.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
