Small items ship in 3-5 business days, furniture in 5-10 business days, and oversized booths in 2-4 weeks via freight. See full shipping details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and selected APAC markets. Reach out if your country isn't listed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@mindinfor.com within 24 hours and we'll change or cancel it.

What's your standing desk weight capacity?
275 lbs (125 kg) per desk, including monitors, dual-monitor arms, and a full peripheral setup.
Are chairs adjustable for different heights?
Yes — all our chairs accommodate users from 5'0" to 6'5" with adjustable seat depth, armrest height, and lumbar support.
Do products come assembled?
Small items: yes. Desks and chairs: light assembly required (15-30 min). Phone booths: white-glove installation included.
Warranty & returns
What's your return policy?
Try anything for 30 days. If it doesn't work, send it back — we pay return shipping. Full policy.
What does the warranty cover?
Furniture: 10 years. Electronics (motor mechanisms): 5 years. Accessories: 2 years. Covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear.
Where do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@mindinfor.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Are your products eco-friendly?
87% of our furniture frames use recycled aluminum. Wood is FSC-certified. We design for repair and replacement parts, not landfill.
Do you take back old furniture?
Through partner programs in major US metros. Email us with your zip code and we'll connect you with a local option.
